Job Summary

Production Supervisor (Contract)

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team on a contract basis in the Tyres industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing and possess strong leadership skills to oversee production operations in Faridabad Haryana.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the production team to ensure efficient operations.
Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards and adherence to safety regulations.
Train and mentor production staff providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
Manage production schedules ensuring timely completion of orders and production targets.
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
Maintain production records and prepare reports on output quality and performance.
Collaborate with other departments such as quality control and maintenance to resolve production issues.
Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of production equipment.

Qualifications:

Diploma in a relevant field.
1-2 years of experience in manufacturing preferably within the Tyres industry.
Proven experience in supervising production teams.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
