About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This is a high-impact role where you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process contribute to hiring strategies and ensure we bring in top talent aligned with both business needs and company culture.
As a senior member of the TA team you will not only focus on closing roles but also play a key role in shaping scalable processes guiding stakeholders and influencing recruitment strategy.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: understanding role requirements sourcing screening interviewing and closing offers.

Demonstrate a proven ability to successfully close diverse roles across functions.

Partner with hiring managers and leadership to design and execute effective talent acquisition strategies.

Build and nurture talent pipelines to support immediate and future hiring needs.

Ensure a structured candidate-friendly recruitment process.

Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team growth and development.

Provide insights on market trends talent mapping and competitive intelligence.
What We re Looking For

3 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong record of closing roles independently.

Proven experience filling mid to senior-level positions within set timelines.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with leadership.

Exposure to TA strategy and process improvements beyond day-to-day recruitment.

Ability to work independently and demonstrate leadership qualities in driving hiring outcomes.
