About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This is a high-impact role where you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process contribute to hiring strategies and ensure we bring in top talent aligned with both business needs and company culture.

As a senior member of the TA team you will not only focus on closing roles but also play a key role in shaping scalable processes guiding stakeholders and influencing recruitment strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: understanding role requirements sourcing screening interviewing and closing offers.

  • Demonstrate a proven ability to successfully close diverse roles across functions.

  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to design and execute effective talent acquisition strategies.

  • Build and nurture talent pipelines to support immediate and future hiring needs.

  • Ensure a structured candidate-friendly recruitment process.

  • Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team growth and development.

  • Provide insights on market trends talent mapping and competitive intelligence.

What We re Looking For

  • 3 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong record of closing roles independently.

  • Proven experience filling mid to senior-level positions within set timelines.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with leadership.

  • Exposure to TA strategy and process improvements beyond day-to-day recruitment.

  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate leadership qualities in driving hiring outcomes.
