Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer / Architect to join our

growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design spatial planning and

project execution. This role requires collaboration with clients and internal teams to deliver

functional aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet project goals and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop interior and architectural concepts for residential commercial or
hospitality projects.
Create detailed 2D layouts 3D visualizations mood boards and presentations.
Meet with clients to gather requirements understand their vision and present
design solutions.
Select appropriate materials finishes furnishings and lighting.
Prepare working drawings and support documentation for execution.
Coordinate with vendors contractors and site supervisors during implementation.
Ensure design aligns with local codes safety regulations and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.

Qualifications & Pre-requisites:

Bachelors degree in Interior Design Architecture or related field.
3 years of professional experience in interior design or architectural practice.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD SketchUp Photoshop or similar.
Strong design and visualization skills with an eye for detail and space.
Good communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
