Job Summary

Business Development & Client Acquisition

Identify and pursue new corporate clients to achieve business targets.

Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.

Provide regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

Sales & Revenue Growth

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Negotiate and close deals with corporate clients.

Maintain an updated pipeline of leads and opportunities.

Market Research & Reporting

Stay updated on industry trends competitors and market dynamics.

Prepare and present weekly sales reports to management.

Provide insights and feedback to improve sales strategies.

Event Planning

Design event concepts aligned with client objectives and company goals.

Develop detailed event proposals including timelines deliverables and resource

allocation.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create innovative event

strategies.




Event Budgeting

Prepare accurate event budgets ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource

utilization.

Track and manage expenses negotiate with vendors and ensure financial accountability.

Provide post-event financial reports and recommendations for future improvements.

Event Coordination

Coordinate with vendors suppliers and stakeholders to ensure seamless event

operations.

Manage logistics such as venue selection catering audio-visuals branding and

transportation.

Ensure all stakeholders are aligned with event objectives and timelines.

Event Execution

Oversee the implementation of event plans ensuring all activities are carried out

smoothly.

Supervise staff vendors and contractors during events to ensure quality and adherence

to standards.

Resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid disruption.

On-site Event Management

Act as the primary contact point for clients and attendees during events.

Monitor event flow guest management and service delivery.

Ensure the client s expectations are met and exceeded through flawless execution.

Qualification & Experience

Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Event Management or

related field.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferably with exposure to corporate

clients and event management responsibilities.
