About the Role:
Neuraleap Hire is looking for a Lead Generation & Marketing Executive who is an expert in LinkedIn outreach cold calling and client acquisition. The ideal candidate must be hands-on with Lusha LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email outreach tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate qualified client leads using prospecting tools ( Lusha LinkedIn etc.)
Run LinkedIn outreach cold calling and email campaigns
Pitch recruitment services and finalize commercial terms
Maintain sales pipeline and client records (CRM/Excel)
Ensure smooth client onboarding and handover to recruiters
Requirements:
2 years in B2B lead generation / client acquisition / sales (recruitment/HR industry preferred)
Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach & cold calling
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
