Role Overview
We are hiring a BDR with expertise in outbound lead generation and client acquisition. You will use Lusha LinkedIn Sales Navigator cold calling and email campaigns to generate qualified leads pitch our services and close new clients.
Responsibilities:
Prospect clients via LinkedIn cold calls and outreach tools
Pitch recruitment services and finalize Terms of Business
Maintain CRM/Excel pipeline with accurate records
Ensure smooth client onboarding and handover to recruiters
Requirements:
2 years B2B lead generation / outbound sales experience (recruitment preferred)
Hands-on with Lusha LinkedIn outreach
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
