What You ll Do

Take ownership of projects from idea to launch
Early-stage startup or founders office experience preferred
Track record of shipping products fast
Ability to work independently and make decisions
Experience working directly with founders or senior leadership

2 3 years of experience in recruitment (startup experience is a strong plus)
Proven track record of hiring across roles especially in fast-paced environments
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
A sense of ownership and bias for action youre a self-starter who loves to close positions not just manage them
Up-to-date knowledge of sourcing tools ATS platforms and hiring trends
Passion for people and a genuine interest in helping talent grow

Nice to Have:

Experience with AI agents chatbots or voice applications
Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI optimization
Previous founding or co-founding experience
Open source contributions or side projects
Understanding of AI ethics and safety practices
