Strategy Guru: Collaborate with managers to craft winning recruitment plans.
Brand Ambassador: Showcase why Yocket is the place to be through employer branding efforts.
Offer Maestro: Finalize offers and welcome new stars on board
Talent Hunt: Use your creativity to attract top-tier candidates through social media job boards and events.

Requirements
Degree in HR Business Psychology or related field.
Talent Spotter: Proven experience in talent acquisition.
People Person: Excellent communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
