We are hiring Tendering Engineer for a leading Commercial Interior Contractor Firm in Pattabiram Location
A Tendering Engineer with 5-7 years of experience for a commercial interior contractor firm plays a crucial role in managing tenders estimating costs and ensuring project viability.
Key Responsibilities
- *Tender Preparation*: Prepare and submit tenders for commercial interior projects ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
- *Cost Estimation*: Estimate project costs including materials labor and overheads.
- *Bid Management*: Coordinate bid processes analyze tender documents and ensure adherence to client requirements.
- *Contract Negotiation*: Assist in negotiating contracts and terms with clients.
- *Project Viability*: Assess project feasibility considering budget timeline and resources.
- *Collaboration*: Work with design procurement and project management teams for tender and project execution.
Requirements
- *Experience*: 5-7 years in tendering estimating or related roles in commercial interior contracting.
- *Education*: Degree in Engineering (Civil/Architecture/Construction Management) or relevant field.
- *Skills*: Strong analytical negotiation and communication skills.
- *Software Proficiency*: Knowledge of estimating software MS Office and possibly BIM tools.
