Summary
We are seeking experienced Hardware Engineers with strong expertise in Laboratory Maintenance and Installation within the Aerospace Domain. The role requires hands-on experience in hardware setup integration testing troubleshooting and verification & validation support for lab infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation of test benches cable harnesses PCB assembly and lab equipment maintenance while ensuring compliance with aerospace engineering standards.

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage lab equipment movement and infrastructure support for optimal usage of space.
Support installation of test beds/stations/setups as per project requirements.
Perform dismantling and assembly of test benches/stations based on drawings or instructions.
Assist in integration of test benches including mechanical assembly electrical wiring RF and network cables.
Handle activities such as:
Cable Harness
PCB Assembly & Debugging
Demo Setup & Hardware Installation
Panel Dressing & Test Bench Integration
Troubleshooting & Validation Support
Operate and set up various test equipment for product testing.
Perform product validation and verification of hardware in lab or field environment.
Assemble testing racks ITA panels ARINC cables and Breakout Boxes (BOB).
Execute insulation testing of cables soldering of PCB and harnesses and advanced debugging at component/PCB level.
Read and interpret drawings schematics technical manuals and instructions for assembly and debugging.
Use a wide range of crimping tools (DMC ZIF VPC Molex general tooling etc.).
Assemble RF connector cables perform microcontroller & DSP soldering.
Debug and analyze defects coordinate with QC and support reduction in rejection ratio.
Design and implement test tools for review and verification processes.
Coordinate with vendors for installation work issue permits and ensure compliance of instructions.
Support procurement of components maintain consumables and oversee lab inventory.
Ensure adherence to Kaizen ESD protection and Lab 5S practices.
Maintain lab safety perform hardware testing cable harness management and MOC handling.
Requirements
Qualification: BE in Electronics / Diploma in Electronics.
Experience: 36 years of relevant experience in hardware installation lab setups verification & validation in aerospace domain.
Domain Expertise: Aerospace background is mandatory.
Hands-on knowledge of cable harnessing PCB assembly RF cables ARINC protocols and test bench integration.
Strong debugging soldering and circuit analysis skills.
Proficiency in working with laboratory test equipment (oscilloscopes analyzers power supplies etc.).
Knowledge of Kaizen ESD safety practices and Lab 5S environment management.
