Job Description
What youll do...
- Planning & scheduling of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits
- Manage field service engineers diaries and work allocation within your area in line with business targets.
- Arrange follow-up visits specialist equipment or subcontractors where needed.
- You will need to be able to make decisions based on a number of factors.
- Log and track complaints ensuring swift resolution.
- Support your manager with additional admin and coordination tasks.
What youll bring
- Experience in scheduling call centre or customer service roles
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills confident with engineers managers and customers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to use multiple systems at once.
- A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualifications :
What you will need...
- Proven experience in a call centre and/or customer-facing role (internal or external).
- Confident using Microsoft applications (Word Excel Outlook).
- Ability to use multiple systems simultaneously.
- Strong team player with an open and honest approach to your own workload and supporting others.
- Excellent relationship-building skills particularly with Regional Service Managers and engineers.
