Job Summary
Job Title: Reservations Agent
Location: Onsite St Andrews Fife
Contract: Permanent Full-time
As a Reservations Agent youll be the first point of contact for our guests helping to shape their unforgettable experience from the very beginning.
What youll be doing:
Be the voice of Fairmont: Handle telephone enquiries for leisure bookings (up to 8 rooms) showcasing efficiency and polished sales techniques.
Deliver seamless service: Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries received via our website email and letters ensuring every interaction reflects our high standards.
Showcase our resort: Share your knowledge of our world-class facilitiesfrom indulgent spa treatments to championship golf and exceptional diningso every guest can make the most of their stay.
Support group bookings: Assist with group reservations managing rooming lists and amendments with accuracy and care.
Celebrate the seasons: Promote and sell our special packages from Valentines retreats to festive Christmas and New Year getaways tailoring each offer to our guests needs.
Join us and play a vital role in welcoming guests to one of Scotlands most iconic luxury destinations.
Qualifications :

Experienced professional: Previous experience in a reservations or similar role is preferred giving you the confidence to hit the ground running.
Hospitality at heart: A background in hospitality is essentialyou understand the rhythm of the industry and share a passion for exceptional service.
