We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join our team in Market Drayton!
Working in the finance team as an Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for processing invoices for Group & 3rd party suppliers.
This is a full time 12 months fixed term contract working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm offering a competitive salary and package and the opportunity to work with a forward thinking market leader.
Key Duties of an Accounts Assistant:
- As part of a team to be responsible for processing supplier invoices.
- Dealing with any subsequent supplier queries.
- Reconciling supplier statements.
- Use of SAP for analysis/investigative work as required.
- General administrative / adhoc duties to support the finance team.
Qualifications :
To apply for the role of Accounts Assistant you will possess the following skills:
- Computer literate with a high level of Excel skills.
- Experience using Accounting software packages and knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
- Finance qualifications advantageous.
- Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines.
- Confident when dealing with people on the telephone/ in person and at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills in order to deliver accurate information.
- Ability to work as part of a team or individually.
