What Youll Do:
- Support clients with daily living activities including personal care and meal preparation
- Build trusted relationships and provide emotional support
- Assist with mobility medication reminders and overall well-being
- Drive clients to appointments and social outings ensuring comfort and safety
- Keep accurate care records and communicate updates as needed
- Work collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals to provide the highest standard of care
Qualifications :
