Position Overview
Join a team working on a wide variety of vehicle types including standard cars light commercial and heavy goods vehicles high performance supercars bikes public transport emergency services plant and agricultural machinery. No two days are the same; you ll represent the brand through high-quality workmanship and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Install telematics GPS and vehicle tracking systems
- Fit vehicle security alarms and immobilisation systems
- Set up cameras including dash cams (front/rear) fatigue monitoring AI multi-camera CCTV and DVR recorders
- Implement vehicle safety and warning kits: FORS compliance beacons lighting
- Equip public transport vehicles with communications equipment ticketing machines WiFi
- Track and immobilise plant and agricultural machinery
- Install emergency services equipment and conversions including ANPR systems
Candidate Profile
- Positive driven individual able to work independently or in small teams
- Capable of managing daily workload and producing high workmanship standards
- Previous experience in auto electrics and aftermarket installations required
- Experience in any of the following sectors desired: telematics vehicle tracking security cameras safety systems public transport equipment plant/agricultural machinery or emergency services installations
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years experience in auto electrics (required)
- 3 years experience in telematics installation vehicle tracking and security (preferred/required)
- 3 years experience with cameras dash cams and advanced vehicle installations (required)
- Clean driving licence (required)
