Support role to the Evolution Support Manager and WSH business in the data entry maintenance and data integration of inhouse Evolution finance application.
Key accountabilities:
- Providing day to day support for application users via Ticket Resolution System phone email
- Evaluation and proposal of accounting solutions to meet expectations
- Set-up and maintenance of location accounts and application master data
- Maintenance and audit of User Access permissions
- Daily Management and error resolution of financial integrations to core finance application
- Provide training and mentorship to application Users and other support teams
- Assisting the Change Management process and User Acceptance Testing
- Creation and maintenance of reporting using various sources of data
- Ad-hoc duties as requested by the Evolution Support Manager
Qualifications :
What we need from you:
- Double entry accounting knowledge desirable
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills written and oral
- Ability to analyse and interpret data
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
- Basic knowledge of SQL for database queries desirable
- Knowledge of retail/hospitality business and systems desirable
- Good IT literacy
