You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe role reports to the Lab Manager within the Innovation Group. The Test Engineer leads the assembly of prototype mechanical seals conducts tests and analyses results to ensure prototypes meet product requirements while documenting findings and sharing insights with the team. Additionally the role involves maintaining a safe environment troubleshooting equipment and prototype issues and providing input for the design of test equipment.

Qualifications
UK: HNC or equivalent Level 4 qualification
Technical Skills
Logical approach to fault-finding and troubleshooting
Familiar with pressure and associated physics
A keen eye for detail and for following processes/procedures
Good numeracy skills
Engineering/physics fundamentals
Experience level
Associate engineer level
Apprenticeship with applied engineering skills
And/or:
Addition academic project e.g. Formula student
And/or:
Technical hobby that incorporates analytical or creative thinking
People Skills
