Your Role:
- Leads the section with confidence grace and meticulous attention to detail.
- Delivers seamless warm and personalised service that enhances the guest journey.
- Collaborates closely with the kitchen sommeliers and front-of-house team to create unforgettable moments.
- Maintains impeccable standards of presentation and etiquette.
- Contributes to a culture of excellence learning and genuine care.
- Uphold the highest standards of etiquette presentation and professionalism.
- Upholds the hotels standards of guest care ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Maintains facilities services and promotions to effectively communicate information to guests.
Qualifications :

- Experience in Michelin-starred or fine dining environments.
- Deep understanding of food wine and service protocol.
- A calm charismatic presence and a genuine love for hospitality.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.

Additional Information :
Salary: from 29250 to 31005
Gratuities are allocated on a points basis depending on development tiers. Although variable average levels are projected as being from 370 to 550 per month.
