Job Description
This fantastic Nursery in Hitchin are looking for an experienced Room Leader / Third in Charge in their very busy nurseryworking with the management team and supporting the Pre-school Room. Working a 40 hr week salary is c 31500 plus fantastic benefits.

Requirements
Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 2 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 1 years experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
