Job Description

Town Planner Kent

We are delighted to be working with our client a highly regarded property consultancy who are seeking a Town Planner to join their planning team in Ashford.

The Opportunity

This role would suit someone with 2 5 years PQE gained within consultancy a housebuilder or local authority who is working towards MRTPI or recently qualified.

  • Full-time or part-time applicants considered

  • Flexible working available

  • Knowledge of Kent / East Sussex preferred

  • Must be able to work independently and in time develop own casework with strong support from experienced planners and consultants

The Role

You will join a well-established property and planning consultancy managing a wide and diverse range of client instructions and working alongside property and development teams. Clients range from housebuilders to universities developers to private investors rural landowners to commercial businesses.

You ll be involved in projects of varying sizes and planning issues gaining valuable experience and exposure to a broad client base.
