Overview
The Leisure Escape Planner supports clients in creating exceptional travel experiences by offering personalized guidance research and planning services. This role focuses on customer service itinerary design and delivering high-quality travel support from the first conversation to the end of each trip.
Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand travel preferences expectations and budget
Research destinations accommodations transportation and activities
Build customized travel itineraries and present clear options
Assist with booking arrangements while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Communicate with clients throughout the planning process and provide ongoing support
Stay informed on travel trends seasonal opportunities and destination updates
Maintain organized records of client requests reservations and follow-ups
Provide exceptional service and contribute to a positive client experience
