We are delighted to be representing a luxury hotel in the heart of Central London that is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Assistant to join the finance team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a prestige hospitality brand working within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing supplier invoices and ensuring timely payments
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies
- Supporting month-end processes and reporting
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers
Requirements
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable/ Purchase Ledger Assistant role
- Hospitality or hotel finance experience is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with accounting systems such as Sage and sound experience navigating Excel
