A thriving community-focused primary school in Hillingdon is seeking an ambitious and motivated teacher to take on the role of Year Group Lead from January 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated KS1 or KS2 practitioner ready to take the next step in their career with leadership responsibilities supported by a generous TLR.
KS1/KS2 Teacher & Year Group Lead
Location: West Drayton Hillingdon
Contract: Full-time Permanent
Start Date: January 2026
Additional Responsibility: TLR provided
- Full-time class teaching in either KS1 or KS2 (depending on experience and preference).
- Responsibility as Year Group Lead coordinating planning assessment and curriculum delivery across the year group.
- Providing support guidance and mentoring to colleagues within the team.
- Working closely with senior leaders to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
