Year 2 Teacher Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Education or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Year 2 or Key Stage 1 in a primary school setting.
- Knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate lessons to meet individual learning needs.
- Commitment to professional development and collaborative teaching.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to working in a team environment.
