MISSION

As a Junior Marketing Project Manager you will support the planning coordination and execution of projects within the Marketing Department across our three business units: Dental Urology and Pain Therapy. These projects may include new product launches service initiatives business process improvements or digital marketing solutions.

You will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Product Management CRM Digital Sales and Regulatory to ensure that projects are delivered on time within budget and aligned with EMSs overall strategy.
This role reports to our Digital Project Manager and is part of the Business Development team. A business-oriented mindset will be key to understanding challenges and setting priorities across the organization.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the definition planning and execution of marketing projects from initiation to launch and post-launch support (hypercare).
Gather business needs and translate them into project requirements budget estimates and realistic timelines.
Coordinate and facilitate communication among internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity of objectives.
Track project progress update schedules and prepare reports for key stakeholders including Marketing leadership and top management.
Assist in preparing and monitoring project budgets and resource allocations.
Identify and flag risks issues or delays and support the resolution process.
Liaise with external vendors and service providers when necessary.
Contribute to post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive process improvements.
Stay informed about trends in marketing digital tools and project management practicesespecially within the medical device industry.
Other tasks may be assigned depending on company needs and the employees qualifications.

EDUCATION & PERSONAL SKILLS

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
13 years of professional experience in a similar role.
Good understanding of project management concepts; formal training or certification is a plus.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
Fluent in English (mandatory); French is a plus.
