About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a seasoned product management professional to support the development and execution of a differentiated travel offering that enhances customer engagement and loyalty. This Senior Lead Product Manager will play a key role in shaping the travel benefits strategy supporting strategic partnerships and driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver a best-in-class travel experience for Wells Fargo customers. In this role you will:

Support strategic roadmap and success metrics

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the Wells Fargo Travel portal and suite of travel-related offerings

  • Analyze customer and market data to inform prioritization of benefit expansion opportunities

  • Assist in reviewing existing benefits to identify opportunities for simplification

  • Support identification of embedded travel benefits or services travel servicing strategies technical integration approaches and customer experience enhancements

  • Partner with research teams to gather insights for data-driven recommendations

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to socialize roadmap and support alignment

Drive routines that enable decision-making and strategic alignment

  • Partner with delivery teams to support timely decisions related to architecture and delivery sequencing

  • Help identify and escalate delivery impediments

  • Maintain routines that ensure work is aligned with sponsorship and proactively communicated to stakeholders

Support strategic relationships and contracts

  • Collaborate with business P&L owners and internal teams to support Travel strategy roadmap and execution

  • Assist in managing relationships with external partners

  • Contribute to contract negotiations and RFP processes for new strategic partnerships

Contribute to a high-performing team culture

  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and development

  • Support team initiatives that align with business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications:

  • 7 years of Product Management product development strategic planning process management change delivery or agile product owner experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience in the credit card benefits ecosystem with deep expertise in shaping and optimizing travel-related benefits to drive customer engagement retention and competitive differentiation

  • Extensive experience in banking or financial services; prior experience with a credit card issuer is strongly preferred

  • Strong understanding of the travel industry including trends customer expectations and integration of travel services within financial products

  • Deep expertise in managing partnerships and leading complex contract negotiations

  • Advanced proficiency in structured decision-making leveraging data and insights to guide strategy and execution

  • Demonstrated strategic leadership in product development with a track record of driving business outcomes

  • Proven success in identifying and executing business development opportunities that align with enterprise strategy

  • Experience contributing to team and talent development through mentorship knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration

  • Strong ability to set results-driven goals and influence investment decisions to support product growth

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across diverse teams

  • Demonstrated success in managing strategic stakeholder and partner relationships to drive long-term value

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
