Job Description
On the shopfloor youll help customers find everything they need for a special Christmas whether its reaching a toy on the top shelf or pointing them to the right aisle. Youll also support merchandising displays and work alongside our Night Fill elves to keep shelves stocked and sparkling.
At checkouts youll be the friendly face that helps customers wrap up their Christmas shopping. From scanning gifts to packing bags with care youll make every transaction count. Youll keep the front of house looking inviting making sure last-minute stocking fillers are well-stocked. Its all about creating a great in-store customer experience!
Qualifications :
Youll be right in the action on your feet helping customers and keeping things moving. If youre someone who shows up takes initiative and works well independently and in a team then this roles for you.
Retail experience is a plus but what matters is your attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in. You get what great customer service is all about!
Were especially keen to hear from people with strong availability throughout December and over public holidaysthis is when the magic (and the rush!) really happens.
