Job Summary
PRODUCT MANAGER ASSISTANT SWAROVSKI PARFUMS
6-month internship starting from January 2026
We are looking for a passionate Product Manager Assistant to join the Global Marketing team of Swarovski in our mission to develop the new Swarovski Licence at Coty.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Global Product Manager Assistant you are at the heart of the brand creation where concepts are crafted and products are developed.
Evolving in a fast-paced and motivating environment you will participate in building an innovative fragrance segment for Swarovski integrated in a global cosmetics group.
Supporting the marketing plan implementation you will contribute to the success of future launches working on exciting projects for the Masters of Light.

Founded in 1895 in Austria Swarovski creates beautiful products of impeccable quality and craftsmanship that bring joy and celebrate individuality. We are the Masters of Light.
The company designs manufactures and sells the worlds finest crystals Swarovski Created Diamonds zirconia jewellery and accessories as well as home décor and crystals for Automotive and soon through Coty partnership Fragrances.
Your main focuses:
- Participate in the development of new launches:
- Preparation and follow-up of briefs (design agencies mock-up suppliers)
- Operational projects follow-up and coordination of the internal teams (R&D digital retail supply chain) and external providers (suppliers agencies)
- Elaboration of 360 approach elements: conceptualization work storytelling product positioning sampling communication merchandising and training
- Analyse the market and trends to build long-term strategies on key markets:
- Monitoring of trends new launches and fragrance/beauty innovations
- Quantitative and qualitative competition analysis
- Support the team in day-to-day management:participation in the organization of meetings presentations and international seminars.

- are currently studying for a Masters degree.
- are a beauty-enthusiast innovative and rigorous
- are a motivated team player willing to learn in a fast-paced international environment.
- have excellent organization skills to drive multiple projects with agility.
- have a critical thinking spirit with a strong force of proposition and creativity.
- are fluent in English & French with excellent communication skills written and verbal.Italian & German are a plus.
