About the Opportunity

Were looking for Registered Nurses to join our team as we open our state-of-the-art Care Centre. There will be multiple opportunities available from entry-level to experienced roles across full-time part-time and casual positions with a variety of roster options to suit your lifestyle.

Roles will commence from early March 2026 with further opportunities throughout the year as our Care Centre grows.

What Youll Do

• Deliver high-quality person-centred nursing care in line with AHPRA scope of practice
• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to care staff supporting a positive and collaborative team culture
• Respond to clinical situations emergencies and provide care to residents across the village as required
• Build strong relationships with residents families and the wider care team
• Contribute to a safe enjoyable and inclusive environment for residents staff and visitors
• Maintain professional development and uphold Summersets values in every interaction

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

• Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (current practising certificate required). Plus Australian working rights.
• A genuine passion for working with older people and delivering quality clinical care
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds
• Leadership qualities emotional resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Commitment to teamwork continuous improvement and a customer-focused approach
