Description
Job Summary:
The Fulfillment Specialist coordinates with different departments and acts as a primary contact for internal customers regarding operational issues monitoring order flow and inventory discrepancies. They will also work in the fulfillment warehouse performing pick-pack activities handwork shipping and/or line work.
Essential Functions:
- Maintain the database and load orders accurately.
- Identify necessary order edits before release.
- Trackcancel receive and release orders according to schedule.
- Facilitate the closure of open and back orders.
- Serve as a liaison between Account Management and customers.
- Collaborate with different departments to coordinate fulfillment and assembly orders.
- Conduct routine cycle count activities and resolve discrepancies.
- Receive and inspect inventory from production warehouse or receiving.
- Pick and pack customer orders according to instructions or set standards.
- Operate assembly equipment and perform necessary tasks.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to read interpret and follow various business communications.
- Ability to effectively communicate within various levels of the organization.
- Ability to perform advanced mathematical skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to prioritize with strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to lead and work closely with a team to ensure high-quality service.
- Ability to collaborate with peers and other work groups.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of e-mail ePS fulfillment inventory shipping software and Monarch.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Associate degree or bachelors degree from accredited university or college ispreferred.
- Previous experience with print press bindery and/or similar equipment preferred.
- Forklift license required or ability to obtain one.
- Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft 365.
