Core Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Demonstrated experience providing customer service
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain composure and adapt in a dynamic fast-paced customer-focused work environment characterized by rapid change minimal lead times and multiple competing priorities
• Must be able to stay focused and engaged in an active and open work environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary in order to convey clear and concise responses to inquiries
• Experience using Microsoft Office including the ability to create basic reports documents presentations and spreadsheets in MS Word MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to travel up to 5% of the time domestically
• Associates degree in business human resources or related field preferred
• Experience working in a Human Resources Department or in a service center preferred
