Guest Service Full and Part time

The Guest Service team at Peter Boulware Toyota fosters a welcoming and attentive environment for all guests while efficiently managing the administrative functions of the sales department. This role involves accurately recording customer traffic and generating essential sales process reports. Team members will perform their duties both inside the dealership showroom and outdoors on the sales lot.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls promptly courteously and professionally directing customers to the appropriate person or department.
• Manage and maintain the desk and phone logs accurately.
• Track filter and document all incoming calls taking detailed messages as needed.
• Communicate effectively and regularly with the Guest Services Manager and General Manager to ensure seamless operations.
• Warmly greet and register all clients entering the sales area including those on the lot for extended periods; offer refreshments and ensure every client receives attentive assistance.
• Update and reconcile data entries using dealership software with precision.
• Produce daily reports and ensure timely submission.
• Create and maintain a friendly positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests their children and colleagues alike.
• Assist in keeping the dealership environment clean organized and comfortable.
• Participate actively in all required training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and dealership goals.

Requirements:

• Ability to work primarily in the showroom and outdoor sales lot environments.
• Comfortable handling high volumes of incoming phone calls and managing clerical and administrative tasks.
• Regular interaction with customers and fellow employees requiring strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to walk stand and sit as needed throughout the workday both indoors and outdoors.
• A clean and valid drivers license is mandatory.
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screening as part of the employment process.
