Your role extends beyond the lobby - you will orchestrate seamless valet services oversee impeccable guest assistance and bring the charm of Sofitel to life with every interaction. If you have a passion for excellence and a flair for hospitality we invite you to be part of our distinguished team.

This role is full-time permanent (40 hours per week) - Remuneration: $25.42 per hour
 

The successful candidate must be able to work on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays

Qualifications :

• Restricted or Full NZ Drivers license and able to drive both manual and auto preferred*
• Service focused personality is essential; customer service experience is an asset.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Previous similar experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of Wellington sights and events
• Able to take Initiative and adapt to changing conditions
• You will need to hold working rights for New Zealand
• Immaculate grooming and personal presentation
• Previous experience in five star luxury environment preferred but not essential
