R&D Manager

Responsibilities

• R&D activities in creating innovative polymer additives solutions e.g. halogen-free flame retardants (HFFRs). Focus on new chemicals development testing protocols and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with marketing production and regulatory affairs teams
  • Develop innovation project proposals based on market needs identified Establish technical objectives project timelines and resource allocation
  • Monitor scientific advancements regulatory changes and market trends
  • Develop relationships with academic and industry partners
  • Manage intellectual property development and protection
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Product expert activities in polymer additives

• • Lead new products development
  • Responsible for production support and customer support

Requirements

• Master or above in chemistry polymer science or related fields
• 3 years chemistry R&D lab experience
• Project management skills
• English as working language
