Job Summary

Job Title: Cath Lab Technologist (Contract)

Location: Minneapolis MN

Contract Duration:12 Week

Shift: Day Shift 4x10 hrs 7:00 AM 5:30 PM

Hours: 40 per week

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technologist for a contract assignment. The technologist will play a key role in assisting with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures ensuring accurate imaging and maintaining high-quality patient care in a collaborative clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures.
Operate and troubleshoot imaging and monitoring equipment.
Prepare patients for procedures ensuring safety and comfort.
Monitor patient vital signs and hemodynamics throughout procedures.
Maintain sterile field and follow proper scrub and circulate techniques.
Document patient care and procedure details accurately.
Adhere to hospital policies safety protocols and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

ARRT certification or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) preferred.
Minimum 12 years of Cath Lab experience required.
Strong knowledge of invasive cardiology and hemodynamic monitoring.
BLS and ACLS certification required.
Excellent teamwork communication and critical thinking skills.
Ability to remain calm and effective in high-acuity situations.

Schedule & Compensation:

Contract Length: 12 weeks (with possible extension).
Shift: 4x10-hour shifts 7:00 AM 5:30 PM.
Hours per Week: 40.
