As a Project Coordinator youll be the backbone of the project teamkeeping documentation billing contracts and closeout processes buttoned up while supporting Project Managers and Superintendents with their day-to-day needs. From kickoff to completion youll help ensure everything runs smoothly accurately and on time.

Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize project documentation from setup through closeout
  • Prepare and process accurate project billings in coordination with accounting
  • Support contract administration including change orders and compliance tracking
  • Assist with budgets permits RFIs submittals and project drawing distribution
  • Coordinate meetings track action items and prepare meeting minutes
  • Provide administrative support that enables Project Managers and Superintendents to focus on client and field operations

Project Coordinator Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in construction project coordination or administration
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative team player who demonstrates accountability and resourcefulness
