Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst III

Location: Herndon VA or Richardson TX

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to support our BI function in the implementation of infrastructure and analysis tools that will drive data-driven decision-making processes and strategies within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis business intelligence tools and quantitative acumen.

As the BI Analyst you will collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to understand their data needs develop and implement BI solutions and ensure data accuracy and integrity. You will drive business intelligence interactions across the Everfox business and enable business stakeholders to have the information they need to make strategic business decisions in an easy-to-use way. You must be willing to be hands-on and deep dive into Everfoxs business data understand idiosyncrasies and communicate at both a technical and business level. Key Responsibilities:

BI Infrastructure and Tools Management

• Collaborate with IT to integrate BI solutions with existing systems and databases.

• Design and develop the companys business intelligence tech stack

• Design and build visualizations and reporting solutions using BI technologies

• Build the BI layer of abstraction with KPIs needed by stakeholders to measure business performance

Strategic Planning

• Work closely with leadership and department heads to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for leveraging data and analytics.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in BI and analytics to continuously improve processes and methodologies.

Data Analysis and Insights

• Design and develop dashboards reports and data visualizations to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Interpret and communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

• Identify solutions using metadata to solve time consuming activities.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

• 3 years of experience with modern-day business intelligence tools such as Tableau Looker Domo Power BI Qlik

• Experience with in Low-Code ETL tools such as Domo Alteryx etc.

• Preferred experience or education in accounting or finance field

• Preferred experience in data connectivity identifying optimal methods to connect/store data from various enterprise data sources

• Ability to analyze impact of a business process change on the warehouse and reports

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications

• Ability to simplify complex technical jargon into easy-to-understand business language

• Self-starter quick learner able to juggle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
