Mechanical Engineer (Leadership Development)

Position Summary

The Mechanical Engineer (Leadershp Development) is a high-potential engineering professional on a leadership development track within the BRECOflex organization. This role is designed for individuals with strong mechanical engineering backgrounds and demonstrated or emerging leadership capabilities. The ME will rotate through key areas of manufacturing including process engineering production supervision quality control and continuous improvement with the express goal of developing into a future department or cell leader.

This position is modeled after top-tier industrial leadership development programs and is tailored to prepare the incumbent to manage teams in a manufacturing environment. Strong emotional intelligence adaptability and a solution-oriented mindset are essential.

What You Bring

Education: Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering (or related).

Experience: 13 years in manufacturing/production (internships/co-ops considered).

High emotional intelligence & team orientation.

Preferred Qualifications

Lean management and ISO 9001 experience.

Strong communication & leadership potential (campus work or military experience).

Proven ability to influence lead and collaborate.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift 50lbs

Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

Comfortable working in a dynamic manufacturing environment

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $65000-$95000 based on experience
