About the role:
Samsara is seeking a highly adaptable motivated and execution-oriented Executive Assistant to join the office of the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO). This EA will report directly to and partner with their primary EA / Executive Business Partner (all based in PST) to provide additional support to the executives office.
Youll work as part of a high-performing support team to keep operations running seamlessly from managing complex calendars and global travel to driving operational excellence in meetings and events. This is not a stand-alone EA role for the CRO and COO but rather a chance to work alongside an Executive Business Partner who directly manages their office.
The ideal candidate is a high performer: detail-obsessed organized calm under pressure and eager to grow in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment.
This is a remote role based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

In this role you will:
- Report to and partner with the Executive Business Partner to support the CRO and COO
- Manage and optimize multiple and complex executive calendars global travel expenses and high-priority communications
- Provide rapid high-quality execution on ad hoc projects and requests as delegated by the Executive Business Partner
- Drive operational excellence in meetings off-sites and leadership events
- Act as a trusted proxy representing the CRO/COOs office with confidence and professionalism in all interactions
Provide on-site support in the San Francisco HQ when needed - Occasionally travel (up to 20%) to support executives at off-sites or company events
- Take on additional ad hoc responsibilities as directed
- Champion role model and embed Samsaras cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success Build for the Long Term Adopt a Growth Mindset Be Inclusive Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
Minimum requirements:
- 4 years of professional experience
- 2 years as an EA ideally supporting senior executives
- Bachelors degree
- Located within a reasonable commuting distance of our San Francisco office
- Proven success in fast-paced high-demand environments
- Exceptional organizational skills attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively
- Outstanding communication skills and near-instant responsiveness (Slack text email)
- High emotional intelligence resilience and impeccable judgment with sensitive information
- Flexibility to adjust hours to meet business needs across time zones
- Tech-savvy with experience using G-Suite Slack Zoom Expensify and related tools
- Resourceful proactive and motivated to contribute at a high level
