Job Summary
JOB SUMMARY AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing ongoing facility maintenance and completing repairs on equipment. Their duties include fixing machinery plumbing HVAC and wiring and inspecting buildings to confirm safety standards. Support other departments to ensure smooth operation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Perform regular preventative maintenance and repair duties including refrigeration plumbing low-voltage wiring restaurant and kitchen equipment painting and HVAC.
- Assist janitorial team with daily duties to include clean buildings and restrooms vacuuming sweeping emptying and re-placing liners of trash cans windows etc. Assist events team with event related work orders.
- Responsible for assisting with shop inventory levels including lanterns janitorial and maintenance supplies.
- Assist all departments with various projects as needed.
PHYSICAL STANDARDS:
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to talk clearly and hear responses.
- Must have the ability to receive detailed information through hearing and to make discriminations in sound.
- Must be able to stand walk crouch and climb stairs.
- Must be able to reach grasp and finger objects and operate business and cleaning equipment.
- Manual dexterity required for keyboard functions and repetitive motions.
- Minimum visual acuity requirements include reading numbers printed instructions and video display terminals.
- Must be able to exert weights of up to ninety (90) pounds of force on an occasional basis and twenty (20) pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects.
- Employee is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
