2-3 years of lead experience in managing technical delivery
- Should have good understanding on key modules of D365 CRM (including but not limited to D365 Customer Services Customer Insight Journey: Real-time Marketing and D365 Sale modules)
- Should be having good understanding on PowerApps Power Automate flows
Requires a good hands-on D365 configuration and customizations.
- Ensure the product delivery and integrity during the overall product lifecycle.
- Increase efficiency by managing processes resources and technologies to ensure the smooth flow of operations to meet quality and delivery targets.
- Hands-on experience in Design Solutions that involve Dynamics customization to include server-side code custom business logic integration modules workflow assemblies and plug-ins.
- Requires working with individuals and teams from development through implementation across organizations.
- Experience in performing complex application development projects on the Microsoft stack.
- Experience in configuring and deploying business functionality using Microsoft Dynamics on Cloud. Resource should be comfortable designing and deploying solutions.
- Interpret user and system requirements into design specifications.
- Design and code applications in line with programming standards.
- Provide primary support for installation of application releases.
- Maintain applications as defined in service level agreements.
- Build and test new components or enhancements to existing modules
- Familiarity in Change Requests & Support organization processes and responsibilities
- Experience of building POCs/presales processes and supporting new opportunity bids
