Relevant Yrs. of experience	8-10 years of experience in developing and delivering global/regional IT capabilities 2-3 years of lead experience in managing technical delivery
Mandatory skills	Technical Skills & Experience Should have good understanding on key modules of D365 CRM (including but not limited to D365 Customer Services Customer Insight Journey: Real-time Marketing and D365 Sale modules) Should be having good understanding on PowerApps Power Automate flows Requires a good hands-on D365 configuration and customizations.
Job Description	Responsibilities: Ensure the product delivery and integrity during the overall product lifecycle. Increase efficiency by managing processes resources and technologies to ensure the smooth flow of operations to meet quality and delivery targets. Hands-on experience in Design Solutions that involve Dynamics customization to include server-side code custom business logic integration modules workflow assemblies and plug-ins. Requires working with individuals and teams from development through implementation across organizations. Experience in performing complex application development projects on the Microsoft stack. Experience in configuring and deploying business functionality using Microsoft Dynamics on Cloud. Resource should be comfortable designing and deploying solutions. Interpret user and system requirements into design specifications. Design and code applications in line with programming standards. Provide primary support for installation of application releases. Maintain applications as defined in service level agreements. Build and test new components or enhancements to existing modules Familiarity in Change Requests & Support organization processes and responsibilities Experience of building POCs/presales processes and supporting new opportunity bids
