Could you be the full-time Requirement Management Engineer (RME) in Hyderabad were looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in requirement management in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative innovative and detail-oriented teammates.
Youll play a key role in ensuring that tender and project requirements are managed effectively supporting the delivery of solutions that meet contractual obligations. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (engineering project management certification and more) provide training on tools and methodologies and monitor the status of requirements management activities.
Youll specifically take care of maintaining the integrity of the DOORS database and driving the creation of project baselines but also support governance and compliance to requirements management policies.
Well look to you for:
Implementing global requirements management processes on tenders projects and product development
Maintaining the DOORS database and performing assignments/automation using DXL scripts
Providing training and support to project teams on RM tools processes and methodologies
Defining and maintaining the Requirements Management Plan
Ensuring traceability from source requirements to design and validation
Supporting the configuration and change management processes
Acting as a bridge between contractual baselines and engineering decisions
Driving quality improvement in requirements development activities

University degree in engineering (a degree in rail industry or similar is desirable)
Minimum of five years of experience in the engineering domain
At least three years of experience in requirements management and the DOORS tool
Practical experience working on projects at various stages of the lifecycle
Knowledge of systems engineering and integration concepts
Technical writing requirement elicitation and formalization skills
Basic proficiency in DXL scripting within DOORS
Good communication skills in English and other relevant languages
Experience working across multiple sites and cultures (desirable)
Railway systems requirements-related experience (desirable)
