Are you a strong retailer and are you ready to join Sephora as our new Department Manager for Make-up in Frederiksberg
Do you want to reinvent the customer experience in store and offer our products and services in ways that are unlike anywhere else
Do you like to take up challenges and motivate a sales team around common objectives in order to surprise and delight our customers
If the answer is yes you might be the one we are looking for.
You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
- Crafting personalized beauty consultations that leave customers feeling confident and radiant.
- Nurturing customer loyalty by providing exceptional service and building genuine connections turning first-time shoppers into long-term fans.
- Ensuring our store is always visually appealing and impeccably maintained creating an inviting and inspiring shopping environment.
- Collaborating with your fellow Beauty Advisors to share knowledge support each other and achieve collective goals fostering a positive and energetic team spirit.

- Previous experience in sales or customer service (beauty retail is a plus!)

- A positive and enthusiastic individual with a can-do attitude.
