In this role youll:
Work as part of a dedicated and high performing team delivering quality legal services to support the diverse functions of Transport for NSW and other agencies in the transport portfolio.
With a focus on planning environment and land acquisition contribute to the delivery of high-quality legal advice draft legal documents and coordinate external legal representation in court proceedings to ensure optimal outcomes across the Transport cluster.

About you
You will hold a practising certificate issued by the Law Society of NSW.
You have 2 years experience as a solicitor in a private firm in house or Government legal team (preferred)
You have experience in planning environment and/or land acquisition law including litigation experience (preferred).
You have strong legal research drafting and problem-solving skills.
You will be a motivated team player with great initiative who can manage competing deadlines and priorities.
