Develop case conceptualisation and treatment plans informed by client assessments.
Deliver individual counselling across a range of modalities including face-to-face video and telephone.
Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic group programs.
Conduct risk assessments and manage emergency risk plans.
Maintain accurate and timely client documentation and reporting.
Actively participate in case conferencing clinical supervision quality improvement and program review processes.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
Strong knowledge of trauma informed practice and evidence-based interventions
Ability to engage clients with empathy respect and professionalism
Experience working with clients presenting with AOD grief and loss and complex trauma.
Excellent communication organisational and time management skills.
The ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a multi-disciplinary environment.
