Your Responsibility

  • Develop case conceptualisation and treatment plans informed by client assessments.

  • Deliver individual counselling across a range of modalities including face-to-face video and telephone.

  • Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic group programs.

  • Conduct risk assessments and manage emergency risk plans.

  • Maintain accurate and timely client documentation and reporting.

  • Actively participate in case conferencing clinical supervision quality improvement and program review processes.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

You Will Need

  • Strong knowledge of trauma informed practice and evidence-based interventions

  • Skills in facilitating therapeutic group programs.
  • Ability to engage clients with empathy respect and professionalism

  • Experience working with clients presenting with AOD grief and loss and complex trauma.

  • Excellent communication organisational and time management skills.

  • The ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a multi-disciplinary environment.
