Are you ready to take your assembly skills to the next level In this role youll perform more complex electronic assembly processes using a variety of tools and techniques to build high-quality products. Youll work independently apply troubleshooting skills and contribute to a team focused on precision and performance.



Our Team


Youll be part of a collaborative production team that specializes in assembling electronic components with precision and care. The team values quality consistency and continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.



What You Will Do


Assemble electronic components using detailed instructions and a variety of tools and equipment
Operate and adjust microscopes gauges crimping tools and other specialized equipment
Apply quality control techniques and participate in testing processes to ensure product integrity
Perform soldering wire stripping and terminating with precision
Contribute to pre-production and cable assembly stages supporting the full product lifecycle
Maintain high production rates while meeting strict quality standards

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


High school diploma or GED
12 years of related experience in electronic assembly or equivalent training
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and working with small components
Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and working near mechanical equipment


What Will Put You Ahead


Prior soldering experience
Familiarity with microscopes and precision tools
Experience in cable assembly or hardware component integration
Demonstrated troubleshooting skills in a production environment
