ManpowerGroup Greece on behalf of our client is seeking an ERP Support Specialist

The role focuses on providing management and support solutions for information systems ensuring smooth operation collaborating with internal teams and external partners and contributing to system improvement projects with reliable ERP & IMS tools.

Location: Southern Αthens

Working Model: On-site

You will be reporting to:

What you will do:

You will support the companys ERP & IMS systems manage daily operations coordinate with teams and suppliers handle data backups and automation processes and participate in system improvement projects.

More specifically:

Support and manage the daily operation of ERP & IMS systems
Coordinate with external suppliers to ensure system availability and efficiency

Manage and monitoring firewall & endpoint protection
Manage backup and disaster recovery procedures
Maintain and manage the master data database
Implement and support new system functionalities according to specifications
Generate reports and analyses to support decision making
Document processes and create user guides for internal training

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
2-3 years of experience in ERP / IMS support or similar role
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows Server 2022
Strong knowledge of databases and SQL
Understanding of ERP and IMS system structures (modules workflows permissions)
Experience with report-building tools (e.g. Power BI Pivot Tables Crystal Reports)
Good understanding of user rights access controls and basic system security
Excellent command of English
Analytical mindset organizational skills autonomy and teamwork
