Job Summary

Join Our Team as a Public Area Attendantat theHomewood Suites by Hilton Greenville Downtown!

At Parks Hospitality Group we are looking for a reliable Public Area Attendant to join our housekeeping this role you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining common areas of the hotel ensuring that all public spaces such as lobbies hallways and restrooms are clean and inviting for guests.

What Youll Do:

Clean and maintain common areas including lobbies hallways and public restrooms following established standards and schedules.
Vacuum carpets sweep and mop floors clean stairways and elevators and dust furniture and fixtures in public spaces such as fitness centers and meeting rooms.
Clean and polish surfaces like glass doors windows and mirrors to ensure a neat appearance.
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in a sanitary manner.
Replenish supplies like towels toiletries and cleaning products in public areas as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in storage areas and housekeeping carts.
Assist with special cleaning projects or tasks as assigned by management.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to hotel property through hotel operations software.

What Youll Need:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Good communication skills and the ability to interact with guests and colleagues.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
