Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Primary Purpose of Role
Support SPTS division software team with troubleshooting CIP implementation technical info consulting.
Communication with customer tool owners IT and Automation teams.
Coordinate with Technical Support and Customer Service teams on issue escalations.
Manage resolution plans with customers in alignment with the SPTS division software team.
Collection and analysis of diagnostic data.
Actively involved in root cause fault analysis.
Reporting out on software quality metrics.
Key Behavioral Competencies
Experience of SPTS 200mm/300mm equipment including Factory Automation integration.
Experience of equipment software/hardware support and troubleshooting.
Good knowledge of 200mm/300mm Automation related SEMI standards.
Self-motivated and can work independently.
Competency in communication teamwork problem solving and customer focus.
Qualifications & Experience
Mandatory to be able to communicate technically in local language and English.
Major in EE/ME/CS or engineering related degree.
Over 3 years working experience at SEMI conductor industry.
Knowledge/experience of PVD/Etch process over 2 years is a plus.
Minimum Qualifications
Doctorate (Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Masters Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; Bachelors Level Degree and related work experience of 8 years
