Job Summary

Front of House Manager Full Time

North Side Grille (Hudson NH) is looking for a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced family-owned neighborhood restaurant.

Schedule

Tuesday Thursday: 2:00 pm close (usually out by 10:30 pm)

Friday: 11:00 am 10:30 pm

Saturday: 9:00 am 10:30 pm (our busiest day of the week)

Days Off: Sunday & Monday off every week (with the possibility of a 3-days off if worked with a part time manager)

Responsibilities

Lead the front of house team ensuring a warm and welcoming guest experience

Manage guest satisfaction handling concerns with professionalism and care

Hire train and schedule front of house staff (hosts servers etc.)

Utilize our POS system to manage daily operations including entering specials

Oversee cleanliness organization and flow of the dining room and host areas

Foster teamwork and clear communication across staff

Close the restaurant ensuring everything is secured and ready for the next day

Qualifications

Proven experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role

Strong leadership and people skills with a hands-on approach

Excellent guest service and problem-solving ability

Familiarity with POS/computer systems (Toast experience is a plus)

Ability to thrive in a busy neighborhood restaurant environment

Reliable organized and able to multitask effectively
